Workmanship cover
We stand behind our work. The scope and duration of any workmanship cover is set out in writing on each individual quotation before work begins. We do not offer a blanket guarantee period across all jobs. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products are passed through to you and remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms.
Insurance & trade qualifications
coreMaint holds public liability insurance. A current certificate is available on request before any work commences. coreMaint itself is not a holder of trade-body certifications. Regulated work (gas, notifiable electrical, etc.) is carried out by individually qualified professionals — Gas Safe registered engineers and Part P / NICEIC registered electricians — whose registrations we verify directly with the relevant register.
