What is an Airbnb or rental refresh?

It's a coordinated bundle of services — painting, cleaning, flooring, silicone and handyman work — designed to return a rental property to a guest- or tenant-ready condition after a check-out. You can book individual items or the full package.

How quickly can you turn a property around?

Most refreshes are scoped within 24 hours of enquiry. A single-room refresh or clean can often be completed in 1–2 days; a full property repaint plus clean and flooring may take 3–5 days depending on size. We schedule tightly around your check-in date.

Do you work directly with letting agents and Airbnb hosts?

Yes. We coordinate access, keys, parking and concierge or building manager requirements directly with your agent, host or housekeeper. Photos and a snag-free handover are included as standard.

Can you replace carpets and flooring between tenancies?

Yes. We supply and fit vinyl, LVT, laminate, engineered wood and carpet, with old flooring lifted, removed and disposed of. Subfloor preparation is included so the new floor lasts.

Is cleaning included or booked separately?

Either. Many landlords book the full refresh package (paint + clean + floors). If you only need a deep clean or a repaint, we price those individually too.
